The ECU School of Dental Medicine encourages prospective students to gain a wide variety of shadowing experiences, engaging in community service and similar activities. Undergraduate institutions provide valuable information regarding the array of community service and volunteer activities available.
Regretfully, the School cannot arrange shadowing and volunteer opportunities for prospective students in Ross Hall on ECU’s Health Sciences Campus. Prospective students may find their local dentist to be a first step in gaining valuable experience in shadowing.
