Biographical Information
Dr. Steven K. Mark is the Assistant Faculty Director of CSLC-Robeson County in Lumberton, NC. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and subsequently earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Tufts University in Massachusetts. Before joining the SoDM, he entered private practice in New York, NY, while serving as an assistant clinical professor of General Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry, serving in various clinical, admission and administrative programs for the benefit of the University and its students and faculty. He later joined the US Army Dental Corps to serve his country and earned his Master’s of Science in Oral Biology at Fort Liberty. Dr. Mark was posted to various clinics across the United States and in Europe prior to his retirement. He has extensive experience in mentorship, leadership and teaching, particularly in aesthetics.
A New York native, Dr. Mark has lived in various places, including Washington, Texas, Massachusetts, and Germany. In his spare time, he enjoys running, weight training, drawing/life studies, reading and golf.
