Biographical Information
Dr. Saulo Geraldeli graduated from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC-Brazil), with a DDS in 1987. He holds an MS and PhD in dental biomaterials from the University of Sao Paulo. He also holds a certificate in periodontics. Along with his private practice, he held faculty positions at UMC in the dental materials department and at Santo Amaro University in the Department of Comprehensive Dental Care. From 2000 to 2002, he served at the University of Minnesota as a research visiting professor and participated in clinical and laboratory research along with teaching DMD students. From 2003 to 2006, he was a full-time faculty member at Guarulhos University (Brazil) and taught operative dentistry. In 2006, he joined the operative dentistry faculty at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Since 2010, he has served as clinical associate professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
