To make an appointment at our Faculty Practice, please call our patient care representatives at 252-737-7122 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Our Location

The ECU School of Dental Medicine Faculty Practice is located on the second floor of Ledyard E. Ross Hall, our school’s flagship facility on ECU’s Health Sciences Campus. This map will guide you to Ledyard E. Ross Hall. Our Faculty Practice is conveniently located at the East Entrance of Ledyard E. Ross Hall. The circular drive by the East Entrance makes patient drop-off easy.

Parking

Faculty Practice patients are invited to park in designated patient parking spaces located near the East Entrance and the Main Entrance to Ledyard E. Ross Hall. Patient parking is free of charge. Handicapped parking spaces are located near the Main Entrance to the building.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available upon request at the reception desk at the Main Entrance of Ledyard E. Ross Hall.

Fees and Payment

Our financial policy permits us to offer the best treatment options available and will not limit your oral health just to what your dental insurance plan covers.

We will be happy to send your insurance paperwork in electronic format for you in the course of treatment. Should you have any questions or concerns about your insurance policy, please feel free to contact us or your insurance carrier for more information. Any amount not covered by your insurance is the patient’s responsibility.

We accept several forms of payment for your convenience. We accept cash as well as VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also offer payment plans.

Your First Visit

Please remember to bring the following items to your appointment:

  • Valid Photo ID
  • All Insurance Cards or verification of eligibility
  • A written (or typed) list of your current medications and allergies
  • Name, phone number, and fax number of your regular medical doctor
  • Dental x-rays from the past year if you have copies as described above
  • If you are pregnant, please bring written medical clearance from your doctor
