Office of Research – POD Grant Hub

The SoDM Office of Research has partnered with the ECU Brody School of Medicine Department of Public Health and ECU Center for Health Disparities to form the Public Health, Oral Health and Health Disparities (POD) Research Administration Hub. The primary focus of the POD Hub is to provide quality pre-award and post-award services to the faculty, staff and administrations of the three campus units and their collaborators.  

Services include, but are not limited to, budget and proposal development, management of awards, interface with pre-award and post-award systems, liaison between faculty and the ECU Office of Research, Economic Development and Engagement (REDE), and provide expert knowledge on sponsor guidelines, requirements and compliance.

The POD Hub is located on the fourth floor of Ross Hall and includes four grants managers:

Provides post-award support services on behalf of REDE along with guidance and expertise to the POD Hub
